¡¡¡¡Rare earth UHT electric heating material LaCrO3 can be used in manufacturing high temperature heating elements.
¡¡¡¡Lanthanum chromate is an high temperature ceramic heating material, which was first developed in 1970s featuring high melting point,resistant oxidation , resistant high temperature and good stability. It is the most stable material in structure among all the perovskite-type rare earth transition metal oxides. Lanthanum chromate has good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical and electric properties in high temperature oxidation and reduction atmosphere.
¡¡¡¡At 1900¡æ of LaCrO3 surface highest working temperature it is stable in high temperature oxidation atmosphere. It can be given current at room temperature. Due to the small rate of change in electric resistance arising from aging, variation factor of electric resistance at high temperature is close to zero, this is helpful for accuracy controlling temperature of heating facilities. At high temperature, it can work for long time.
