¡¡¡¡The research team started the research and development of amorphous
materials in 1980s, and developed the first metal thread injection
moulding machine in 1992 with which prepared Fe-base, Fe-Ni base,
Co-base, Co-Fe base amorphous thread. In 1994, the team developed
independently RE-containing Fe-base, Co-base and microcrystal metal
wire. The developed crystal and amorphous rare earth metal or alloy
thread and its preparation method and equipment gained Chinese patent
No. 96107506.6.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, the company engages in the research of amorphous preparation process, composition, performance, rare
earth' role mechanism of Fe-base, Fe-Ni base, Co-base, Co-Fe base
amorphous and microcrystal thread, amorphous thin ribbon; Fe-base,
Zr- base, Co-base, Pr- base amorphous bulk materials; and also
research in sensors using above materials as sensitive elements
including automobile mileage sensor, speed sensor and flux leakage
detecting shoe used for on-line checking to large steel pipe production.
