Oral Presentation:

The conference will provide a chance to make Oral Presentation for the authors. Each oral presenter will have 15 minutes (including question and answer time) to present on his/her contributed talk. Invited speakers will have 30 minutes (including question and answer time) and keynote speakers will have 45 minutes (including question and answer time). All the speakers should submit the manuscript before June 15 th.

The organizer will provide a public computer in the venue. The speakers should bring a USB drive/memory stick available with a copy of your PowerPoint presentation so conference organizers may upload it on the computer.

Poster Presentation:

To promote academic communication the conference will provide a venue for the Poster Presentation whole day during August 24-27. The organizer will provide a board to paste the poster which should less than 790mm (width)～1100mm (length) (the appropriate size is 787mm ～1092mm ). The author can bring the poster by himself/herself or ask the organizer to print instead. If the organizer prints the poster, the author should send organizer the Word presentation by e-mail and pay $＊(to be decided).
